Directions to the Polar Star Field

Off-Campus Varsity Baseball and Softball Fields

 

There is no physical address for the Polar Star Fields to enter into a GPS. The directions below are from the Avella Jr. Sr. High School located at 1000 Avella Road, Avella PA 15312.

  1. From Avella High School, travel Route 50 West toward Avella. (The High School will be on your Right.)
  2. Approximately 5 miles past the High School you will come to the Main Street of Avella.
  3. The Fire Department will be located on your Right.
  4. Continue straight onto a cobblestone street.
  5. At the stop sign, (Uni Mart will be on your left), turn RIGHT over a small bridge.
  6. Make the IMMEDIATE LEFT (over another small bridge). This is Browntown Road.
  7. Cross the railroad tracks and continue, following the road, making a sharp right turn.
  8. Continue over another small bridge.
  9. To get to the field area, turn right and take the roadway located to your right. This will take you to the Polar Star Fields.
